Given that tomorrow is the official start of 2010 and, therefore, the beginning of Team VR's Health Hurrah, I'm going out with a bang tonight. Dave, myself and three of our friends will ring in the new year with dinner at Sibling Rivalry followed by an at-home feast of Funfetti cake, champagne and Cotter Long Island Iced Teas. Given the nutritional value of Long Island Iced Teas (227 calories in 8 ounces, according to fitday.com), it's probably good that I can only drink one before falling asleep.
